The Oppo Reno 8 series will be officially launched next week. Oppo just confirmed the introduction of the Reno 8 series on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. While there is no confirmation, the Oppo Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro are expected to be released on the same day.

On May 23, at 7:00 p.m. local time, the Oppo Reno 8 series will be released in China (around 04:30 pm IST). The teaser poster doesn't reveal any further information regarding the Reno 8 series, despite the fact that the two phones have been widely leaked. According to 91mobiles, an Oppo Reno 8 SE might make its debut during the event.

Oppo Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro Expected Specifications

The MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max SoC might power the Oppo Reno 8 Pro, while the vanilla version could feature a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset. Digital Chat Station, a tipster, just disclosed the Reno 8 series' details.

The Reno 8 series, according to the source, will employ the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, which might be introduced at Qualcomm's Snapdragon event on May 20. The Reno 8 Pro will also be equipped with the MariSilicon X NPU, which was initially seen on the Oppo Find X5 series.

The Oppo Reno 8 Pro will also have a 120Hz refresh rate FHD+ AMOLED screen. It's also said to include a 4,500 mAh battery with capability for 80W rapid charging. The standard Reno 8 will have an FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz.

The Oppo Reno 8 SE will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC, according to 91mobiles. The phone will have a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It will include a 4,500 mAh battery and capability for 80W charging.

A triple-camera configuration with a 50 MP primary sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide sensor, and a third 2 MP sensor might be included in the Reno 8 SE.
